The FDT Group has joined The International Society of Automation (ISA) as a Promotional Partner to educate industry professionals on open standards enabling device and network integration. ISA is leading, global, nonprofit organisation that is setting the standard for automation by helping over 33 000 worldwide members and other professionals solve difficult technical problems, while enhancing their leadership and personal career capabilities.
This new relationship extends previous efforts between the two organizations. Shannon Foos, Director of Marketing for FDT North America, says: „Our goal with the promotional partnership is to keep the automation and control community current with network and device integration strategies. We will build upon our standards-setting collaboration with ISA to focus on sharing best practices that can help the automation community streamline device and network management efforts.“
