The Supervisory Board of LAR Process Analysers AG appointed Oliver Rothe (41) as new Member of the Board. From 1st of January 2015 on, he is responsible for LAR’s Global Sales activities taking over also the responsibility for all international subsidiaries and shareholdings. Oliver Rothe has been in charge of LAR’s export business since he joined the company in December 2013. With a strong focus on sales and finance he looks back on a seven year track record as Board Manager and CEO for several technology companies.
With Oliver Rothe’s appointment as Member of the Board, which now expands to two members, LAR has set the course for the next generation. It is planned that the previously sole Member of the Board and founder, Dr. Werner Arts, changes into the Supervisory Board after his mandate for the board will expire in mid 2017.
