31.10.2014 – In May 2014, Mann+Hummel GmbH acquired 50 % of the shares of Microdyn-Nadir GmbH. The main goal is to establish Mann+Hummel as a meaningful player also in the water filtration business. In the context of this Joint Venture, the Mann+Hummel´s membrane activities will be marketed under Microdyn-Nadir´s company brand. The ultrafiltration modules for water filtration will be marketed and distributed under the product brand Aquadyn, which is a registered trade mark of Microdyn-Nadir in Europe. Besides their subsidiaries in Raleigh (USA) and Xiamen (China) they are now also present in Singapore and Brazil.
