Achema 2009 in Frankfurt/M. is set to continue its impressive record of achieving the largest visitor attendance figures of any lab show worldwide. Around 40 000 global visitors are expected to flock to the four Laboratory and Analytical halls which will feature a comprehensive range of laboratory equipment for physical and chemical analysis, sample preparation, weighing, dosing, spectroscopy, chromatography, laboratory diagnosis and automation. The halls will also be spotlighting a broad spectrum of laboratory consumables and accessories including glassware, reagents and furniture.
A year before the doors open, more than 500 exhibitors have already booked space in the Laboratory and Analytical Techniques sector of the fair alone. Of these, more than 220 are from outside of Germany. The show, which takes place at Frankfurt Messe exhibition in Frankfurt am Main from 11 to 15 May 2009, will feature 140 000 m² net exhibition space and will run an international congress comprising 900 lectures focused on state-of-the-art developments.
