The Japanese sales company of the Endress+Hauser group has moved into new premises in Fuchu, a suburb of Tokyo at a distance of about 20 km from the capital’s center. The three-storied building offers space for 90 sales, service and logistics associates on a floor area of about 2100 m2.
Endress+Hauser Japan Co., Ltd. has invested more than five million Euros in the new premises. “The building is supposed to secure the growth of our Sales Center which could not expand any more at the previous site in Mitaka“, Fernando Fuenzalida, responsible for finance on the Executive Board of the Endress+Hauser group, explained.
After a long phase of stagnation, Endress+Hauser has experienced two-digit growth in Japan for three years. “Today, Japan is one of our biggest Sales Centers“, Fernando Fuenzalida said. Especially in the chemical industry, in oil and gas business as well as in the foods industry, final customers and plant constructors appreciate Endress+Hauser Japan. The service area is also of particular importance. Endress+Hauser Japan will offer more training opportunities at the new building. Customers requiring recalibration will benefit from the modern calibration facilities of the Sales Center.
