The Bronkhorst digital liquid flow meters/controllers are usable for very low flow ranges. The µ-Flow Series L01 can measure flow ranges down to 25…500 nanolitres per minute and control from 75…1500 nanolitres per minute and higher.
The standard material of construction for the sensor is SS316, but alternatively Peek or Fused Silica can be offered. The sensor design features a minimum internal volume of 1.5 to 20 µl (SS316 sensor), depending on flow range. The µ-Flow is offered with analog I/O-signals, such as 0…5 V (DC) or 4…20 mA, and digital communication via RS232 as a standard. As an option, an onboard fieldbus interface can be provided e.g. Profibus DP, DeviceNet or Modbus. The instruments are suitable for a variety of applications including lab-oratory, liquid chromatography (LC/HPLC) and dosage of additives.
