Colfax Corporation, a global leader in fluid-handling solutions for critical applications, announced that Arne Forslund has been promoted to the newly-created position of Senior Vice President Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia effective immediately. In this position he will also be CEO of Allweiler AG. Furthermore he will be responsible for the Company’s global commercial marine strategy. Forslund was most recently Managing Director of Colfax subsidiary Imo AB in Sweden. Dr. Michael Matros, Senior Vice President and CEO of Allweiler AG has resigned. He is expected to remain as an advisor to the company. Frank Kirchner will still be CFO and member of the Executive Board at Allweiler.
