More than four years ago, Burgmann Industries and the Japanese seal manufacturer Eagle Industry forged a new alliance which strengthens their position as one of the world’s leading suppliers of sealing technology. Internationally, nearly all of the companies bear the EagleBurgmann name. The time has now come for Burgmann Industries in Germany to follow suit. Starting on January 1st, 2010, the company will operate under the new name EagleBurgmann Germany GmbH & Co. KG. All of the necessary legal changes will take effect on that date. The only thing that will be different is the company name. All other information such as the commercial register, tax and telephone numbers, postal and mailing address, etc. as well as the product designations will remain the same.
