26.06.2013 – Generally used in the field of textiles and engineering plastics, the application from polyamide 6 ranges from high quality textiles to the car industry, via domestic goods as well as sports and leisure. China is the most dynamic market for polyamide 6 (PA6) and the Fujian province is a central hub to most of the PA6 manufacturers. Recently, Fujian Jinfeng Technology Co., Ltd and Fujian Zhongjin New Material Co., Ltd, both located in Fujian province, P.R. of China, signed contracts for PA6 plants with Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions. The contracts include the design of the plants, the delivery of proprietary equipment and the technical services for a total capacity of 360,000 t/a of PA6. They will feature the Zimmer technologies Full Recovery concept as well as the newest generation of proprietary reactors with a single line capacity of 400 t/d.
