Completely sterilizable
InPro 6870i is a completely sterilizable, optical oxygen sensor, especially for the pharma industry
The optical oxygen measurement system InPro 6870i, equipped with the digital ISM technology, was especially developed for the measurement of oxygen in the pharmaceutical industry.

In comparison to the approved and reliable amperometric measurement technology the optical measurement system InPro 6870i offers a lot of benefits to the user.

The measurement system is equipped with the forward-looking digital ISM technology which includes a wear-indicator and a calibration history. The digital ISM technology enables to determine the service date by oneself and hence a planning of the service intervals. Additionally relevant system information can be accessed.
Opto-Cap-Concept is based on the approved diaphragm concept of amperometric oxygen sensors and can be changed fast and easy and without process interruptions. The oxygen sensor can be initiated in laboratories as well as in production fermenters. Special existing amperometric measuring points can be changed to optical oxygen measurement points without time an efforts.
Easy service and process safety
The Asset Management Suite iSenseTM is supporting the service concept of the ISM sensors. It is a complementary tool for administration, evaluation, calibration and adjustment with an all-embracing documentation of the complete sensor history including Audit Trail and Electronic signature. The gathering of the data, e.g. quantity CIP or SIP cycles, maximal process temperature and DLI (Dynamic Lifetime Indicator) provide information which can be used for further optimization of the measuring points.
Digital communication offers interference-free signal transmission, independent of the cable length. The DLI and ACT allows for long term measurement within the specified accuracy. The quality of the measurement is predictable.
