With the Bricort system, IAV developed a universal temperature control device for viscous fluids. In a continuous process, the fluid temperature is adjusted quickly, gently and reliably. The actual temperature of the fluid is recorded directly at the processing location and adjusted to the set temperature by employing an intelligent control and regulating system. Temperature changes in pipes are likewise taken into account. As a result, the fluid temperature can be adjusted at a high precision within close tolerances even at locations which are difficult to access. The Bricort system operates independently of the prevailing conditions, such as fluid temperature in the storage tank or tank size. Thanks to individually definable interfaces, the compact device can be easily connected to the existing transport systems and lines. All fluid-carrying elements can be exchanged in a few simple steps.
