With the Dispernator, a newly developed inline disperser is available for a wide range of applications. The all-in-one device enables the mixing, homogenising and predispersing of chemicals, paints, coatings, and other suspensions. The key benefits are dust-free powder intake through vacuum and high flexibility in use – from efficient predispersing to the finished dispersion (in applications with a simple requirement profile).
Significantly improved particle size distributions can be achieved already at the pregrinding stage through high recirculation rates and the use of grinding beads. Thanks to the inline disperser, additional pregrinding is largely unnecessary even with difficult products or poorer raw material quality. Temperature-sensitive materials benefit from the optimized temperature control that facilitates gentle processing.
