Jacob offers a hot-galvanised pipework system with 3 mm wall-thickness, which is specially designed for conveying bulk goods in outdoor areas. The standard hot galvanised range includes 500, 1000 and 2000 mm lengths of straight pipes, segments, cone pieces, 45° forks, spouts from square to round, and inspection pieces. Also included in the range is the hot galvanised two-way valve with manual operation or alternatively with drive. The various components are series manufactured as an easy-to-install modular system, whereby tightly sealed connections can be made quickly and easily using galvanised pull-rings with sealant. The hot galvanised pipes and fittings are available in the common diameters DN 200, 250, and 300. With a wall thickness of 3 mm, the pipe system is suitable for conveying abrasive bulk materials such pellets, grain, and other coarse-grained products, for example, but still remains easy to install.
