The coding and marking laser system Rea Jet CL IP 65 was developed and especially designed for use in rough industrial environments: the laser technology produces a razor-sharp marking on a wide range of product surfaces. It generates individual, abrasion- resistant and permanent markings, thus ensuring safety through clear identification. A closed housing with IP 65 protection class keeps the CO2-laser from humidity and dirt.
The CL is suitable for the marking of packaging, glass, wood, plastics, PVC, anodised alumi-nium, the colour removal on surfaces as well as direct marking of food. In the creation of texts, graphics and characters there is complete freedom of design. The use of Truetype fonts and UTF8-encoding allows the depiction of character sets from all over the world.
The system does not need any consumables and can be operated almost maintenance-freely. It can also be retrofitted to existing production plants. The slim design as well as the randomly combinable extension and deflection units ensure the flexible implementation. The open interface technology with the integrated use of XML for the data structure, freely configurable digital inputs and outputs as well as the latest digital interfaces and Ethernet protocols ensure smooth communication with the production master computer. All functions can be centrally controlled via a Web browser.
