The Haver Integra is a fully automatic packing system for filling chemicals into 5 to 506 kg valve-bags at speeds of up to 700 bags/h. With this packing system the components of valve-bag applicator, filling system, valve sealing unit, control technology, operating unit and discharge belt are all encapsulated inside a dust-tight housing. The packing system’s surroundings remain clean and the cleaning costs are minimised. The entire unit, pneumatic lines and wiring are completely pre-assembled at the factory. Assembly and putting into operation at the site are done using the plug’n pack concept. The Integra can be equipped with 1 to 4 filling spouts. Bag handling is fully automatic. Using ultrasound the valve-bags are tightly sealed directly after filling and so dust-tight bags are produced. Change-overs to other weights and product types are quick and easy. A main component of the Integra system is the automatic bag applicator. With a linear motion it takes empty valve-bags from the bag magazine and places them on the filling spout.
