Igus presents the Iglidur A160 extremely media resistant plain bearing material. The plastic bearing is resistant to chemicals and also conforms to foodstuff regulations according to the FDA standards and the EU Regulation 10/2011 EG.
With three versions of the Drylin N flat guide, Igus has also increased the range of this space-saving variant to suit numerous fields of applications such as in laboratory and handling devices in medicine technology. The slide of the miniature guide that has a through-hole (Drylin NW-01–40P) or threaded pin (Drylin NW-02–40P) is available with a preload function that minimizes the play of the guide. In addition to this the range was also extended by the new size Drylin NW-22–17–30, and like the rest of the range boasts standard advantages of being lubrication-free and silent.
