Netzsch is offering its barrel emptying systems in three sizes for emptying standard containers from 1 to 200 l and special containers up to 1000 l, and at capacities from approximately 6 ml/min to 10 m³/h. Progressing cavity pump technology gives you the advantage of clean emptying with residues of less than 1 %. Netzsch designed this system to be flexible, by engineering interchangeable assemblies which mean you can install different pumps in the basic set-up of a plant. The barrel emptying systems are also part of the Netzsch dosing systems, which offer the a suitable solution for virtually every application, having dosing control and various application units, from the simple valve to the 2-component mixing head, along with the dispenser.
