Beumer provides Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for controlling, coordinating and modeling bagging , palletizing and load securing processes. The complete system solutions are individually matched to the customer’s needs. The WMS is a web server application which enables the whole packaging process, the storage of products and the prep-aration of products for dispatch to be controlled and coordinated in an optimum manner. The material flow control, the warehouse management and also the interface with the customer’s higher-level ERP system are integrated into the system. All information from the packaging line, labeling, storage and dispatch comes together here. This ensures complete and continuous transparency of all products and processes. All personnel involved in production can access the system – whether material planning engineer, warehouse operator or forklift driver. The functions and the graphical user interface can be configured specifically for the customer.
