Only control systems operating as per requirement guarantee a trouble-free and efficient working of compressed-air stations. For this reason, Aerzener uses the modular control Aertronic size AS 300 for oil-free compressors. It always consists of a trouble-free and intuitively working touch screen and the basic module as well as mod-ules to be used in addition according to the application case. Thanks to a user-friendly menu structure all process data can be displayed and parameters can be modified. The AS300 Aertronic controls the power supply panel, supervises the limit values of the blower or compressor with optical warning achievement of programmed thresholds, registers, visualises and stores measuring data, counts operating hours and monitors service intervals, displays incidents and registers them, visualises and provides data via Profibus DP, Modbus or via GSM-Modem in the Internet (by communication module and Ethernet – in preparation), and illustrates the measured values graphically all along.
