Sefar is launching a new generation of fluid bed dryer bags for the pharmaceutical market. They are designed to provide an even better service for the end user: on one hand to reduce product loss during drying, agglomeration or spray coating process and on the other hand to fulfill the customer’s design and process needs.
Modern technology allows a welded seam to replace sewing. Tubes without stitching holes are able to significantly reduce product loss. A customised design is necessary to fulfill the differing customer needs. The customer thus gets a bag that perfectly fits his equipment, and which is made from optimised fabric that gives a high flow rate combined with efficient particle retention and also meets stringent pharmaceutical performance requirements. A conductivity certificate of the assembled bag is included as well as the customised Pharma label.
