The solids dosing screw Type DSC Hygienic was designed for maximal production hygiene. The construction is made of stainless steel in suitable quality. All surfaces are abraded mechanically with middle roughness depth Ra <0,8. All sealings are constantly cavity-free. Optionally, all metal parts can be electropolished. Equipped with a fine dosing device, consisting of dosing-star and locking disc, a pulsation-free feeding flow is generated. The locking disc reacts simultaneously when achieving the set-weight. Excellent dosing stability and shut-off precision are the result. The actuation of the fine dosing device is carried out from the driving side. Therefore the srew is very slim at the laying. There is also no access needed in this area, as the closing can be pulled out through the tube housing.
For the manual cleaning process, the complete helix shaft can be extended with an engine, using the pullout device, which is optionally available.
