Hamilton offers a complete so-lution for cell culture and fermentation. The single-use pH sensor Oneferm and a disposable sensor for optical dissolved oxygen measurement are the latest developments. The sensors are implemented into bags and reactors by the manufacturers of the single-use equipment and delivered gamma-sterilised afterwards. This means a minimum of preparation time as well as no time consuming cleaning validations for the users. Oneferm pH combines at the same time the precision and minimal drift of a glass pH sensor with the quick use of an optical pH sensor without increasing the contamination risk. The single-use sensors are available as an analogue and an Arc version. Along the same line, Hamilton released an Arcair Software version, which allows the user to access all processes fast and easy with the app. Reading the barcodes printed on the pH buffers and conductivity standards labels, and documenting all settings and changes, is one of the innovations of the new ArcAir software.
