The Liquid Flow controller is recommended for all system solutions in which fluid quantities have to be accurately controlled or dosed. This can, for example, concern the merging of several liquids as reactants or can also be the simultaneous dosing of gases and fluids in nebulising or sterilisation processes. Bürkert has optimised the differential pressure process to such an extent that reproducible, fast and accurate flow-rate measurements of fluids are possible. Thanks to intelligent inter-matching with the other components – control electronics and proportional valve – a digital controller with convincing features has emerged:
- Configuration and diagnosis are possible via the serial interface with the Mass Flow Communicator software
- Status display using LEDs
- Configurable binary inputs and outputs
- An integrated totaliser allows consumption analyses without additional efforts
- It is available for various control modules
- An analogue or digital actual value allows comprehensive documentation
- Protection type IP65 available
