With optimised particle distribution

The Nara-Nebulasizer is designed to optimise the size distribution of granules. It can be applied as well with wet as with dry granules. For both conditions the oversized particles are ground to standard size while only for wet agglomerates too fine particles are increased in size to the standard dimension. Thus, the possibility of eliminating the coarse particles and agglomerating the fine particles in only one step is given. An additional process step like sieving isn’t necessary. This process enables considerable cost-savings especially with expensive products.

A quick and flexible assembling and disassembling of the Nebulasizer enables a grain size distribution between 100 µm and 4000 µm. Especially extruded, granulated and centrifuged products are well standardized in this machine. Machines with capacities between 20 and 4000 kg/h are available.
A major advantage of the Nebulasizer’s simple design is easy cleaning of the machine. The GMP construction consisting of a minimum of components with a highly polished surface makes the diasassembling and cleaning procedure possible in no time.
