Bandelin has developed the Sonobloc ultrasonic system for waste water treatment, disintegration of sewage sludge, cell disruption of micro organisms and desagglomeration by flow through radiation.
The maximum flow-through rate of this patented, ultrasonic system is 50 l/min Sonobloc is made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 316 Ti. It can be supplied with 25 or 40 kHz ultrasonic frequency alternatively.
Easy scaling-up is possible by adding extra modules. A radiation of bigger volumes is obtained by parallel operation of several reactors and a more intensive radiation by serial operation. The generator is microprocessor-regulated with optionally applicable standard PC control.
