The ultra centrifugal mill ZM 300 is Retsch’s flagship for high-speed size reduction. Thanks to the 1500 W powerdrive with enhanced performance the ZM 300 provides a maximum speed of 23,000 min-1, resulting in improved sample throughput throughout the whole speed range and higher final fineness. The active air cooling of the grinding chamber significantly reduces heat build-up during grinding, even at maximum speed.
The ZM 300 is easily and conveniently operated via a 4.3″ touch display, e. g. for storing grinding programs. A QR code in the display leads the user to the Myretsch web portal which provides a wealth of product- and application-related information. The ZM 300 is one of the first mills to be controlled via the optional app which allows for creating own application routines, accesses the application database and facilitates direct contact to the service team.
