Specially designed for biotechnological industries, the Masoneilan Purepak 22000 P series of sterile diaphragm control valves complies with all hygienic and clean requirements and ensures a complete sterility. Body in 316L stainless steel has no retention area preventing potential infection sources and has been designed for optimum CIP or SIP cleanings. The silicon diaphragm ensures a complete isolation between the flow and external environment. Purepak is available in 15 and 25 mm with threaded end connections or clamps on DIN or SMS pipings. Standard inner surface finishing is offering a Ra of 0.8 µm. An electrolytic polishing is also available as an option (Ra = 0.4 µm). Purepak with adjustable Cv is specially designed for low flows. The Cv coefficient is adjustable from 100 % to 40 % of rated Cv, without modification of command signal.
