Tele Control has launched the WatchDog family of sensing and monitoring relays. The broad portfolio includes devices for monitoring temperature via PTC, phase sequence and loss as well as current and voltage. A host of innovative features bring new levels of user friendly flexibility such as automatic measuring range selection, plug-in power modules for different power supply voltages, the clear display of operating status for easy commissioning and space saving compact design. This makes the relays an ideal solution for a wide range of building and industrial automation applications.
Configuration of the devices is simply done using a screwdriver to precisely adjust the potentiometers, located at the front for optimum access. A sealable front cover reduces the risk of tampering. With a comprehensive range of power modules from 24 to 400V (AC) one WatchDog device can be easily matched to the power supply. Maintenance is simplified as power modules can be replaced without removing the entire relay unit.
