The Atex-certified explosion-proof progressive cavity pumps provide an inexpensive and versatile solution for handling medium to high-viscosity and fragile media in the fine chemicals, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. Special versions of its F 550 and F 560 Series PC pumps are approved for Zone 0 applications for IIA and IIB liquids. Flux can supply both the F 550 general purpose range and F 560 hygienic range in stainless steel, handling viscosities up to 80,000 mPas, and lightweight planetary gear versions for viscosities up to 30,000 mPas, with flowrates up to 50 l/min. Immersion lenghts from 700 to 1200 mm are available.
