Pressure transmitter for level measurement
Labom present their pressure transmitter Pascal Ci4 equipped with operator software that has been optimised for hydrostatic level measurement. The devise can be applied for measuring at open and pressurised tanks. The value can be displayed as filling level, volume or weight. Furthermore, the unit supports measuring the volume of a tank with a guided menu. The measuring device has a SIL 2 compliant design and software architecture and is certified according to Atex and IECEx. The output signal of 4…20 mA is delivered with an accuracy of 0.1 %. The stainless steel housing fulfils the demands of protection classes IP 65/IP 67 or IP 69K, depending on the design. The device can be combined with all diaphragm seals supplied by this manufacturer. Thus materials like hastelloy, tantalum or vacuum resistant PTFE coatings are available for parts that are in contact with the medium in the tank.
