The Gemü 546 valve series provides extensive functions in a very restricted space for applications where liquid and gaseous media or steam need to be controlled and distributed from a central point. The space saving pneumatic flat piston actuators enable a compact and flexible battery mounting design. The valves can be used as single valves or connected in groups according to requirements. The working medium is conveyed through the stainless steel valve body (1.4435) via a central supply channel and pneumatically controlled via a PTFE sealed valve seat. Automation is supported by Gemü 1234 compact electrical position indicators. There is no need to open the housing for connection and adjustment as they are connected via standard 5-pin M 12 plugs and programmed via a button. Major technical data of the GEMÜ 546 valve are DN 10/14 bar, DN 12/10 bar, DN 15/6 bar, control pressure of 4.5 to 6 bar and maximum working temperature of 180 °C.
