JetSolutions acquired the patents of the Large JetFeed Injector Liechti (powder introduction into the liquids). The large jet feeder injector generates a negative pressure relative to the speed of the liquid by a venturi effect. This negative pressure sucks the powder into the injector and mixes it with the main liquid flow. Additional liquids like aromas or colorants can be added simultaneously into the injector. The feed pump transfers the liquid towards the large jet feeder injector inlet. When opening the valve at the outlet of the powder feeding hopper, the powder is sucked continuously, particle by particle, into the liquid phase without lumps. The valves enable the adjunction of small quantities of powder or liquid.
