Rotronic has launched a probe for precise measurement of temperature and low dew point in pressurised environments. The probe and its accessoires are pres-sure resistant up to 100 bar. The measurement range covers -70…+85 °C Td/-40…+85 °C. The low dew point probe comes with the Airchip4000 technology for analysing and processing the sensor data. This element calculates a measurement from the average of 8,000 single points within a 2-second interval, which results in highly accurate values and a good repeatability of measurement. The stainless steel low dew point probe is compatible with the transmitters delivered by the company and a large variety of handheld instruments. It can be connected with the HW4 software for monitoring or hardware configuration. The system is applied in compressed air systems, refrigeration dryers and adsorption dryers. A probe certified according to Atex is also offered.
