The GKF 1400L liquid capsule-filling machine supersedes the GKF 1500L model. This new medium output machine builds on the success of its predecessor and includes innovative improvements to a number of machine functions. The innovative technology of the servo-powered core of the system, the liquid pump, offers a number of major benefits. The advantages of this compact unit include the continuous regulation of various fill volumes for easy operation and a drip return, which can be positioned using a touch screen. The transverse delivery of the products within the pump block provides ultra-safe production and separate heating circuits are provided with temperature monitoring. A modular construction allows short setting and cleaning times.
The GKF 1400L also handles filling with non-liquid products or combinations of fillings. The modular construction of the capsule filler allows the machine to be reset very quickly to fill with powders. This routine operation is performed by simply sliding the liquid station onto a mobile equipment cabinet. This is then easily removed and replaced with the powder station. The set-up can be changed to accommodate combinations of fillings, such as pellets and tablets with a liquid or powder product, easily and quickly, as required.
