The Uson Qualitek 3000 pressure differential leak tester is a flexible and highly sensitive instrument developed to simplify complex test sequences. Offered as a one or two channel unit, with an optional second channel pneumatics module, this self-contained leak tester is based on a PLC controlled platform and has Profibus and CAN network features. By simply selecting one of its 150 programs the unit is ready to test components and assemblies that have the most stringent leak test specifications. State-of-the-art differential sensors and switching valves ensure accurate and repeatable test results. Tests for the two channels can be run concurrently or independently, with a choice of pressure-rise or sealed-component testing. Manual adjustment and electronic pressure regulation is available for both channels. The test cycle can be started via the front panel or down-loaded through one of the three data bus protocols available.
