The Friatec RNP centrifugal pump range can now manage up to 1600 m3/h. The maximum delivery head is 70 m and the permissible working pressure 16 bar. Thanks to their diffusion-tight plastic lining they are immune to aggressive and corrosive media up to temperatures of 150 to 170 °C. The wall thickness of the ETFE lining is 6 to 12 mm depending on model size. The structural components important for mechanical stresses are made of GGG 40. Thanks to closed impellers there is low axial thrust and large installation clearances. The sealing of the shaft is achieved exclusively by using a mechanical seal in the variants CS (stationary, single acting) or double acting in the CST or C2 types. If the user wishes, the stationary seal can be fitted with quench or flushing. The back pull out design ensures quick and easy replacement of wear parts.
