Intrinsically safe over temperature protection
The temperature protection valve Autosafe is a simple, mechanical valve that automatically and reliably closes without any auxiliary power in case of excessive temperature. After tripping, the valve must be manually reset for safety reasons. In the first instance, it is intended to protect persons and equipment and additionally prohibits an over heating of typically down-streamed components such as sampling coolers, for example in cases of loss or lack of cooling water. Due to its compact construction, the function without any auxiliary power and the pressure resistance as well at the valve outlet up to 310 bar, it is ideally suited for the upgrading of older systems in order to increase plant safety.
