Gericke has designed a hygienic rotary valve that eliminates inherent problems with castings allowing the valve to be fully validated and include a range of features to meet all specific requirements. These rotary valves allow a rapid access to internal surfaces and components parts for cleaning and are designed to work in conjunction with CIP systems. All surfaces are self-draining to avoid fluid retention after wash down and all seals are to pharmaceutical standards providing secure jointing between the body, and covers and the inlet/outlet connections.
