High performance in a compact design
The same patented motor brake system used in the JDN mini and Profi 3 TI to 20 TI series is now also the core of the Profi series, with carrying capacities of 250, 500 kg, 1 and 2 t. The practical design helps to consistently reduce the number of components and provide cost-effective, low-maintenance operation. A reduced noise pressure level means reduced noise exposure in the workplace and improved occupational and industrial safety. Similar benefits are provided by the overload protection, which comes as standard with models from 1 t upwards. The standard equipment also includes a main air emergency-stop valve, which can be used to shut off the energy feed separately in an emergency.

Thanks to the drive medium being compressed air (4 or 6 bar), the duty rating is 100 %. The small Profi models do not therefore require any waiting. Their compressed air drive also makes them suitable for use in explosion-hazardous areas. The explosion grouping according to Atex is Ex II2 GD IIA T4(X)/II 3 GD IIC T4(X) for the standard version and Ex II 2 GD lIC T4(X) with increased spark protection.
