The traditional Hildesheim based enterprise Diessel has registered a considerable inflow of orders for the fourth quarter 2003. The number of new large orders which could be achieved in spite of the current insolvency proceedings, show that the Diesel customers have faith in the future of the company.
For example the Diessel division Pharma + Biotech Systems signed a contract amounting to 2.6 million Euro with a pharmaceutical company in Turkey. Until December 2004, Diessel will manufacture and commission systems for the production of syrup/suspensions, eye/ear drops etc. as well as systems for the production of pharmaceutical water. Moreover, a pharmaceutical company from Hungary placed an order with Diessel for a system for the production of injection solutions. The order amounts to nearly 1 million Euro. The project will be completed by November 2004.
