Emerson Process Management has improved the specifications available on the Micro Motion H-Series hygienic line by offering a 0.4 µm electro-polished internal surface finish on all five line sizes of this Coriolis mass flow meter. Micro Motion H-series meters are drainable, cleanable and available with Tri-Clamp, IDF and DIN standard aseptic couplings to suit 6 to 100 mm line installations. Suitable for customers needing excellent accuracy and reliability in hygienic applications, the H-Series is ideal for WFI and CIP applications in biotech, pharmaceutical, food and beverage flow and density measurements.
The Micro Motion H-Series line, using MVD (multivariable digital) technology, delivers mass flow accuracy of up to ±0.1 %, and liquid density accuracy up to ±0.001g/cm3. On gas applications the H-Series mass flow accuracy specification is ±0.5 %.
The compact Micro Motion H-Series meters are certified by the European Hygienic Equipment Design Group (EHEDG) and 3-A authorised. Furthermore, Micro Motion H-Series meters are constructed according to strict ASME guidelines for bio-processing equipment, with a smooth exterior finish that can easily be kept clean.
All Micro Motion H-Series are constructed from 100 % 316L stainless steel wetted parts for excellent cleanability and chemical compatibility with process fluids and cleaning solutions.
