The product range of Vogel-sang includes rotary lobe pumps with capacities of up to 900 m³/h and pressures up to 16 bar. Robust, reliable, durable, eco-nomic and service and maintenance friendly are the main characteristics of the pumps. One innovation is the Injection Housing, an intelligent modification of the pump’s inlet area. Even when pumping fluids loaded with solids the Injection Housing is increasing lifetime. The QuickMix system is further able to convey high-viscous media in cases where a pump is unable to prime. Additionally, the system homogenises organic-borne solids and liquid media, shreds coarse solids and pumps the resulting viscous fluid to a further produc-tion process in one single step. It’s a compact machine comprising a dual conveyor auger unit and a rugged rotary lobe pump. Of course the pump is fitted with Injection Housings. All parts are made out off stainless steel that even acid matters can be handled.
