With the nozzle-type separator DC 130, Westfalia Separator presents a separator generation for high-pressure processes in the chemical industry. The separator can be used without any problem at an over-pressure of 10 bar and a temperature of 160 °C. The nozzle-type separator can additionally be equipped with a washing facility or a concentrate recycling facility in order to increase the purity of the suspension by means of displacement washing or to concentrate the suspension by recycling part of the concentrate directly in front of the nozzle. The intelligent design of the DC 130 with direct drive and special access for quick nozzle replacement means a lower service requirement.
