Allgaier tumbler screening machines permit the conversion of the screen elements to be done with minimum down times and without the need for several persons. The screening machines are constructed from standardised modules, which means that any desired solution can be implemented economically. Allgaier also offers a comprehensive range of machines which comply with the Atex requirements for use in explosion-hazard areas.
Single-deck screening machines can, if desired, be equipped with a recently developed folding cover which can be opened easily. This, together with the quick-action clamping system, enables rapid access to the screen and permits the screen to be changed by a single person without the time-consuming loosening of clamping bolts. This simplified handling also reduces the risk of physical damage to the screens during changing.
Allgaier uses an easily actuated quick-clamping system to permit rapid changing, cleaning or inspection of the screens in multi-deck screening machines. This system ensures the correct seating of up to four screen decks with a screen diameter of up to 2900 mm mounted on top of each other. If smaller screens are used, up to five decks can be mounted on top of each other. In spite of the necessary high clamping forces, the clamps can be released and locked effort-lessly.
