Promitec realised its container stirring system with an explosion-protected design according to Atex. The container stirring systems consist of a sturdy crossbeam made of corrosion-resistant steel which fits exactly on standard IBC containers. It carries the mechanically adjustable geared motor and the entire Ex switch combination with the on/off emergency stop function, the connection cable and the plug connector for 400 V(AC). The advantage of the bucket stirring elements is their movable positioning on the shaft with a length of 900 mm and a diameter of 30 mm made of corrosion-resistant steel. This enables the stirring elements to be mounted in the DN 150 container opening by the operator. In the container they fold out to their full diameter of 650 mm during stirring alone due to the increasing speed.
