Busch offers a series of explosion-proof rotary vane vacuum pumps: Enivac vacuum pumps are Atex certified for Ex II 1/2 G IIB3 T4. They are designed for industrial applications to pump explosive gas/air and vapour/air mixtures. The rotary vane vacuum pumps are available in three sizes with a suction capacity of 16, 40 and 63 m3/h. The pumps are oil lubricated and air cooled and achieve ultimate pressures of 5, respectively 20 mbar.
