With Aqu@view, Christ offers a monitoring and evaluation system for water-treatment plants. Based on a special software which is integrated into the user interface, this system permits the implementation of comprehensive recorder functions as well as data acquisition, archiving and evaluation. Remote operation of the plant is also available as an option. The standardised user interface permits easy operation and also improves the reliability by external data evaluation and early detection of faults. The in-house costs for operation and maintenance of the pure water system are reduced. The recorder functions of Aqu@view comply with the requirements laid down in 21 CFR Part 11. Long-term archiving of the data is supported: up to 520 million records can be saved on currently available memory cards. The data can also be displayed graphically. Data export is possible in all commonly used formats with full compliance with the rules for protection against falsification. This is true even for the export to Excel, since hash codes are generated and evaluated. lf desired, the layout of the reports is designed specifically for each customer and the report is produced fully formatted.
