Engineering tool expanded by pipe class selection
The software tool Engineering Base (EB) by Aucotec has been supplemented by an assistant tool that selects TÜV certified pipe classes. The workflow for engineering materials flowing through piping systems is based on these pipe classes. If a pipe class is chosen for a specific pipe, the software solely offers suitable, quality tested materials, ranging from the pumps to the flange screws. Thus the user saves time for research and calculations to find the materials that fulfil the demands of the respective pipe class. Even for instruments to be installed only components are offered that are approved for the pipe class. All classes are available with TÜV certificate, and the classes and every part of the equipment are documented.
