Energy efficient screw blowers
For many years, rotary blowers were the preferred choice for applications involving the handling of powders and bulk goods. The Kaeser screw blowers featuring the renowned Sigma Profile however prove that the rotary screw compressor ranges can also be successfully applied to the low pressure range. Screw blowers are up to 35 % more efficient than conventional rotary blowers. To ensure that projected savings are actually delivered, Kaeser specifies the total power consumption as well as the actually usable flow rate as per ISO 1217 Annexes C and E. The integrated Sigma Control 2 controller ensures comprehensive monitoring and straightforward connection to communication networks via Ethernet or databus interfaces for example. Moreover, the integrated web server enables clear visualisation of the current machine status (e.g. process data) via Kaeser Connect.
