With the Clearpoint 3E Beko achieved an increase in performance and higher profitability. 3E is the abbreviation for Energy Efficient Element. The user has the possibility to choose whether he utilises the filters with a volume flow of 100 % at low-est pressure differences or whether he employs them for volume flows which are higher by up to 30 % at consistently high separation rates and slightly higher pressure differences. The central point of the 3E technology is the employment of a highly-efficient filter material. It consists of a poly-fibre compound with thermally fused borosilicate and polyester fibres. In a wet-saturated condition, a pressure difference of 0.05 to 0.2 bar (coarse to ultrafilters) results from it. The oil- and water-repellent coating of the fibres provides excellent coalescence properties. In addition, an enlargement of the separation surface could be achieved through the particularly fine fibre structure. Parallel to that, the filter cavity was enlarged to 98 %. Furthermore, all Clearpoint 3E filters are equipped with the electronically level-controlled Bekomat condensate drain as standard.
